Pigtails and Park Days

I was playing in our living room, and NOT watching tv in my bed, with Graysen (clearly) when I decided to try out pigtails. Her hair wasn't quite long enough last time but it is now. We are so excited. There aren't many things cuter than little girl pigtails. Now I have to go get little bows.

Graysen goes to the park all the time. Stephy and Mommy and Daddy love to go so she is at a park at least two times a week. With the weather so beautiful lately, I have had the urge to leave work early to spend time with her. Mondays are especially hard for me because we have so much fun on our weekends. It also helps that her personality and new words and sentences are coming out everyday.

"Byself Daddy-byself" We hear this all day long in our house.
We love the park on Cutten because you can watch the Big Choo Choo go by.

Best Friends Have a Day at the Aquarium

Daddy was working on Sunday so I decided to take Graysen to the Aquarium to meet up with her best friend Anna Claire.
We had family breakfast before we went our separate ways. Graysen was having breakfast separately as well. Party of one?

Reunited and it feels so good.

Claire and Anna Claire on the carousel.
Graysen spends the entire ride trying to figure out how the carousel works. She has done this since our first ride.
Looking at the side of it with her concentration face.
Ferris wheel!

Touching the sky.

Every girl day needs some make-up (two days in a row for Graysen)

Cuddles while waiting in line for the choo-choo.

All the girls had a great day.

Disney On Ice

This weekend we took Graysen to see Disney On Ice. She has been obsessed with princesses since we got back from Disney so I was excited to watch her reactions. She also associates princesses with the Liardon's so she was looking for Lucy and Rose when we got out of the car.

He really is her Prince Charming (mine too)

We could have just rode the escalator up and down and saved lots of money.

 I love watching her faces.

You can tell Mommy was excited to see Arielle too.
 Watch the Daddy entrapment happen.
 Pleaseeeee Daddy!
 Success

Everyone needs some $6 Mickey Mouse marshmallows.
She is a little obsessed with make-up so we had her face painted. I was once again amazed that my child who never sits still quietly sat and let this happen to her.
 Lipstick?

I had a moment of excitement over one day watching her walk through these doors for a football game.

Happy girl on her way home!
